Ed Balls interim CEO couple of things..

A) why were we told Steve stone was filling this role and ed's involvement wasn't even mentioned ?
B) is it legit for a non executive chairman to also be conducting executive duties. Surely part of her chairmans remit is to independently review executive parts of the business and therefore surely a conflict of interests?
