I would play Tettey with Thompson. Proper solid (or at least should be)

Hopefully Pinto back, Martin nowhere to be seen and I would also be tempted to play Bassong instead of Klose. Expecting Ruddy in goal as well even if McGovern is fit. McGovern generally done well I think but iffy last two games and Neil will know that if he picks him and he screws up he will get grief.
