I doubt managers bollock players very much over technique
As a manager there's not much you can do about it of a player doesn't have a good enough technique.
Managers can try and improve the shape of the team and picking players who complement each other etc. but realistically they can't make players technically better players.
If you want players with better technique you have to buy them (if you can afford them)
