Sadly I feel I've drifted into that camp too.

I'd love for AN to turn it around, but I just don't see it happening now.

I think what I liked most about the Lambert era was that there was always a plan B. Even if it didn't work, he'd throw on a tactical sub or two and change the shape. Sometimes twice in a game. It didn't always work but he tried.

This last game, putting on Murphy without changing the shape, and then waiting 10 mins to put Laffs on.... and not using the third sub, that's about done it as to my thoughts on AN's tenure.

I'm not a football manager, and never will be, but that seems like basic stuff to me. Not doing these things seems to make me think something else is going on. I have no idea what, but...
