1. We have wasted a few more winnable games;
2. We are outside the top 6;
3. We have been overtaken by a resurgent Villa who, led by their experienced manager, have overturned the 15 point advantage we had over them 3 weeks ago;
4. The atmosphere at Carrow Road is so poisonous that Delia has to be talked by Moxey into reluctantly taking action;
5. Brighton and Newcastle are 15 points clear of us making the playoffs our only realistic aspiration;
6. There is a limited time left in the transfer window for any new manager to make changes to the squad meaning we can use the excuse that "we will not be held to ransom" for not signing players.

Then and only then are we likely to sack Alex Neil.
