I just don't think most of the players are 'hungry enough'.

The likes of Naismith who I believed was perfect at the time does'nt seem 'up for it', Brady is waiting for a move as is probably Olsson and a few others and if we are'nt careful the likes of the murphy's etc will attract more attention if we are mid table at xmas.
I like Alex Neil but I am struggling to see how he can change things with wht he has at his disposal apart from sticking more youngsters in.
