Yes. Because unless you're in zero gravity, you'd have no way to stop the surface
of the radio from touching the inside of the thermos.
Even if you were on the ISS or a vomit comet, and could suspend the radio in the thermos without any contact, you'd still hear it, because the vacuum in a thermos isn't a very good vacuum.
