just for clarification, the smallest ocean on the planet is the arctic ocean so I have selected that for the sake of the argument.
the arctic ocean is comprised of exactly 1,493,101,359,943,185 gallons of water if you melt up all the icebergs and that. 1% of that would be 14,931,013,599,431 gallons which roughly equates to 22,608,018.41138630698697 sized olympic swimming pool fulls. so, hardly a drop in the ocean really, you wouldn't want that lot in your house. not even for half an hour.
