The question is though if you can see a pattern and a consistent underperformance do

you make the change before that manifests itself in a slide down the league or do you have to wait til we are 8 points off the top two before you change it?

I would be happy to keep Neil if I just saw us play really well in a couple of games so I know we can do it, even if the results didn't necessarily go our way.
