You runners made me want to start this running lark. Well I finished the C25k. On the pavement I can just about make 5k in 30 minutes. Whereas over foot paths etc I come up a little short.
Anyway, what do I do now? TBH just doing 30 mins every other day isn't the greatest motivation to continue with the winter coming.
So any tips or tricks from the seasoned Wrath runners? Ta muchly.
