how big is big in respect of big black cattage?
what's the big black cattage criteria for police reportage purposes? is it a precise set of scientific measurements or is it just sort of relative to a commonly known relatable size like for example an average sized labrador (black or yellow or chocolate) or a childs trike?
wouldn't want to be ringing up 999 with a false sighting and only phoning in some medium black cattage.
