Old Git receives dreaded vote of confidence

Embattled manager Old Git is struggling at the bottom of Blub League 1 but today received the full backing of himself. Speaking live from the Temple, Old Git said "I have full confidence in Old Git to turn things around. He's only in the relegation zone on alphabetical order, after all."

Asked whether rumours that the club was in discussions with AAAAAardvark Old Git were true, Old Git declined to comment.

Old Git has made a bold prediction of beating Wolves next match so could be flying up the table. A heavy defeat could seal his doom, however.
