I just bought literally half a goat

head and all, but not the nasty offally bits.

I don't recall ever cooking goat at home before, although I've had it on a few bbqs (best bbqs ever I should add) what shall I do with it?
Slow cooked in the oven a la lamb, caribbean stylee goat curry or summat different?
