Porridge. Half milk, half water, with
banana, grapes, linseed, cinnamon and a few flaked almond.
Plus poached egg if I've been on the exercise bike beforehand.
Glass of water beforehand, mug of tea after.
Same every day. Who wants to be making food decisions first thing (or I'm just a creature of routine).
