I don't mind watching qualifiers but compared to other sports, this is football's problem

In a three year period from September 2014 to the end of 2017 England will have played 24 proper games against the following teams:

Lithuania(4)
Slovenia (4)
Slovakia (3)
Switzerland (2)
Estonia (2)
San Marino (2)
Scotland (2)
Malta (2)
Iceland (1)
Wales (1)
Russia (1)

We'll have won most of them of course... but who cares?
