When did they make the rule that you need political legitimacy to demonstrate?
I know you don't like anti Brexiters but they are allowed to demonstrate in our democracy. I'm very proud to live in a country where my dad fought in a war to uphold our right to protest.
If people do illegal things as a result of this then they are to blame, not the people on the demo.
I hate Brexit as much as you wanted it. But I accept (reluctantly!) that I live in a democracy and that has been voted for and it's going to happen. However, that doesn't stop me wanting to protest it - in the same way that after an election, if the party I don't want have got in, it means I've got to shut up for five years and accept it without a fuss.
That's what I think anyway!
