Right all you wotb runners...
Did my first 10k for a long while on Sunday and another 7.5 Tuesday but have to say I found the extra 2.5k surprisingly hard! Out for a run soon as it's cooling down a bit now so is it best once you do a 10k to keep that distance or vary it a bit?
