And most people, given he is likely to have had a pay cut to come here, tend to want money. I can't see him going, "well I could hold out for 4m but as I love the club so much and I am a nice guy I will waive it." He might drop to 2 or three as he will want the transfer, but that's if he is desperate. No one pisses away millions they are contractually entitled to.
