Lord thingy who owns Great Melton, his old man who started Rackheath worked for him and then Roger. Father back in the day opened the batting with him for CEYMS when they were a class outfiit. Anyway, Lord thingy gave him a house and 12 acres of land on retirement. Not bad, although I still think Lords kings and queens belong in fantasy books. Phil is the fittest cricketer ever, everything now he's 61 is muscle. Amazing fitness.
