I used to work with a support engineer, young lad, pretty low salary

who through a very supportive (and rich) family, and living like an absolute monk, had four or five houses he let out. He was making off the houses four or five times his salary, and really didn't need to work at all, he just liked having something 9-5 to do on weekdays that wasn't too taxing.
