It'll be outweighed by all those London and Scottish votes.

The Scotland thing is an interesting one - while Scots are more pro Europe than England I did wonder if the pro-independence crowd would favour a Leave vote as it would give them a legitimate reason for another referendum. Has there been any data on this?
