I thought that the winners of our group would get Italy in the QF but it's actually the runners up in that group in that 'quarter'. So yes, easier path to the semis than I thought. Unless of course Belgium are actually now a decent side. Who knows? Best to stop worrying I suppose.

Does throw up an interesting draw titbit though.

Italy as winners of Group E, will get the Runners Up in Spain's Group (Croatia?) then probably Germany in the QF.

Meanwhile, the runners-up in that group (probably Belgium) get the winners of Group F, (so possibly Portugal or Hungary) and then the winners of the game between Wales and a third place side in the quarters.

So probably better to come second than win that group.

Also, it means there will be a semi-finalist from probably: Wales, Belgium or Portugal or even Hungary, Iceland or Albania.
