Below is the relevant section of the European Communities Act 1972 from the UK Parliament. It only applies to cover matters covered by EU Treaties/Laws, not all UK laws. And which makes total sense - you can't have a Treaty to provide standard regulations in a certain field across an area and then have it interpreted totally differently in different parts of that area. That would defeat the whole object of standard regulations and nullify the single market.
15. Section 3(1) provides:
For the purpose of all legal proceedings any question as to the meaning or effect of any of the Treaties, or as to the validity, meaning or effect of any EU instrument, shall be treated as a question of law (and, if not referred to the European Court, be for determination as such in accordance with the principles laid down by and any relevant decision of the European Court).
