HT in primary here
Biggest issue for us is limited budget restricting investment in curriculum and buildings.
Academisation is on the agenda but we are trying lots of different options to find the best fit. Danger is courting the wrong trusts as there is no going back once the decision is made.
Assessment of the new NC is an issue particularly that schools can adopt different systems.
