PM: 10k Faces

Thought after yesterdays discussion I'd head out to give a 10k a try today. Made it on a trail down from Bowthorpe, round the UEA broad and back again in 1hr 1min. Not bad as my 5k time is about 27.5 minutes. Certainly better than the last time I tried a 10k a few years ago. And this was mostly offroad running too on uneven paths by the river.

I could have pushed a bit harder but I'm trying to protect my legs for the 100k walk in a month. Gulp.
