Foreign investors haven't caused high London house prices

Outside of a few small pockets of super-prime London.

It's the success and attractiveness of the city which means less people are moving and net 100k new people (babies & in-migrants from UK & rest of world in excess of deaths and out-migrants to rest of Uk and world).
