We need to assemble a Premiership team in the Championship next season
one that is miles too good for the Championship and one that can make the jump to the Prem the following season. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but the lack of quality was obvious at the end and many players just not good enough. Finally I really hope we don't buy players pushing 30 & go back to the "young hungry" strategy who will improve.
