surround yourself with good people and you won't go far wrong. Don't think the club did that with AN by any means at all, neither FM nor GH were seasoned Premier league coaches. Hindsight is the most f**king useless thing but that is such an obvious weakness. Can't blame AN for that though so maybe it's correct that McNally fell on his sword.

Still hold out that the new CEO can see the potential in AN and get the right lieutenants in but think he might be damaged goods now. Shame.
