One of the best young manager in British football

Just listened to Ed Balls interview and whilst i know he is always going to publicly back Alex Neil I have to say I'm sick of hearing this line he is "one of the best young managers in Britain". What has he done to achieve this title exactly? He would not get another job in the premier league and i would he would be unlikely to get a top championship job either given how poorly he has performed this season.

In addition his comment that the season tickets sales clearly shows that the fans are enjoying their football shows exactly what the boards view is ie. they are happy to be a yoyo club and as long as the season ticket sales are good they will continue in the current vein.
I for one as a season ticket holder have not enjoyed the football we have been served up for the last 3/4 of this season. 5 goals in 10 games (3 of which came in one game) or no goals in the last 360 minutes of football when in a relegation battle does not make for me enjoying the football. The season ticket sales are a legacy of Andrew Cullen etc who swelled the number of fans with a fantastic marketing strategy and more importantly the fantastic loyalty of the Norwich fans.
