Full house in any division, complacency comes from higher up, there is no desire to change when financially comfortable with least outlay and risk is the aim. Maybe some of the hierarchy like being the bigger fish in a small pond rather than feeling less important at bigger venues. We need a completely different set of aims and values at the club. I am sick of being the team that is the gift that keeps on giving to everyone except it's own fans.What a waste of Wembley this season was.
