The strikers were awful and didn't work out at all, so we became even more reliant on the defensive structure and organisation. But there was a clear plan there to progress the club forward - a couple of the signings failed significantly though.

I can't see any plan in place from Neil. We have no style of play, our signings follow no obvious pattern and we are poor both in attack and in defence. We probably have enough quality, and Neil is tactically aware enough to make a fist of it in the Champ - but we lack the plan to become established in the Prem under him at the moment.
