(quick apology: I have a bit of difficulty juggling the deviations the telly has taken from the book, but I'll do my best).

Littlefinger is in King's Landing. He got Cersei to agree to take Winterfell from the Boltons (with help from The Eyrie) and make him Bossman Of The North. But then Cersei got arrested by the Boss Sparrow for having an affair with another one of the Lannisters. Not sure if we saw anything from littlefinger after that.

Sam has started to travel to Oldtown to train to be a Maester. He's taken the girl with him, I think, but he's not a cityfather (although he's been up there).

Don't know where Gendry (the blacksmith) is. I think Stannis had him as a prisoner (because he's a bastard heir of King Robert) but Davos let him go. Dunno. He isn't Tyrion's butler with the big Chap, that's Podrick Payne, but he's squiring for Brienne of Tarth now, not Tyrion.
