Where is he?

Signed by Neil for ?1 million. Looked way out of his depth in the championship then Neil tells usag the end of last season that he was not quite ready for the rigours of English football, never been seen in the premier league yet does not play in our 21 team as an overage player even when we were on the bring of relegation (which has now happened). What is the point of him and why the hell are we wasting wages on him?
Has to go down as one of the worst signings ever by the club yet nobody questions Alex Neil about where this bloke is.
