top tip for future ref
after you've moved all your must-keep clobber to your new house, simply torch the old one with all that useless s**te in and claim on the aviva, thereby negating numerous time consuming and environmentally damaging runs back and forth to the skip. what is the point in having house insurance if you never use it properly? 🎯
