Norwich City & Norwich Utd Question 2nd try

Was reading about Norwich (shame they play in blue) Utd potentially moving up to the Ryman League, which I believe is one of the leagues below the National League(Conference). If say hypothetically they had some financial backing and moved up the leagues, at what point would you see them as a rival, if atall and how big potentially could the rivalry be? In there present form, personally I am indifferent to Utd but if they made the 1st round proper of the cup, It would be good to see them win I suppose just because they carry the City's name.Does anyone follow both teams? I'll always be city.
