it's de rigour to say it to anyone you pass who's eating.

Second is like saying "son of a..." but it's extraordinarily Mexican. (the full saying is "hijo de la chingada" which is rather rude)

?ndale can probably be translated to English in about 50 different ways, but in this case it's just something you say to confirm agreement with someone, like "of course".

Un Hidalgo is a reference to a phrase "un Hidalgo, chingue a su madre el que deje algo"

"A hidalgo - whoever leaves any can f**k their mother" hence why you neck it.
