I'm pretty certain Naismith started Saturday simply

due to the fact he is bigger and stronger in the air than Wes. Sunderland were obviously going to kick Wes off the park if he started.

Saying that Naismith played like a f**king wimp deciding to fall over and try to "win" a freekick every time he got the ball.
