Agree, big shame. But fcuk them if they don't want to appreciate how a terror attack
can affect someone's mental state. Of course anyone would want to make sure they and their family were ok after something of that magnitude.
If anything, Congo should have been offering Mbokani support, not refusing to return his phone call and then fining him.
