I wouldn't be remotely confident with anything less than 38 points

you can get some funny results at the end of the season when some teams are on the beach, and we've seen Sunderland survive by getting shock wins against good teams at this stage of the season enough in recent seasons to be very wary.

So 38 is my borderline - anything more I'd be pretty confident, anything less would be uh-oh time...
