doubt it's a major problem

given his age and the flaws in his game (little genius that he is) he isn't going to attract the attention of anyone bigger than us (he never has before so at his age now he certainly won't). And I'm not sure moving for a year or two would be very attractive to him at this stage of his career/life - as long as we want him I'm suspect negotiations for any extension will be fairly smooth.
