Which as a teacher/pupil relationship, and one which went on for months as opposed to a brief encounter, should be at the top of the sentencing range

I agree, he probably should get prison (though if he were a 28 year old brickie who'd fingered a willing 15 year old I bet he'd get a suspended sentence). But six years???
