but they call them friets which is their weird way of saying fries i suppose and it's not so much a museum with carefully curated old chips but more an educational homage to the cheeky fried potato snack loved the world over. they say in london that you are never more than 6 feet away from a rat, well in bruges you are never more than 6 feet away from a chocolate shop they flippin loves chocolate do the little bruggers. muscles are called mussels or moules and they do do those god knows where they get them from everyone is chomping on massive pots of muscles and friets all day long. bloody nice they are especially with one of their beers. didn't see one sprout though but maybe they keep them all in brussels. lots of little yapper dogs as well 🐩
