Lots of different cuts to the disabled DID happen. IBS DIDN'T resign.

A cut to the disabled DIDN'T happen, and this (withdrawing the PIP cuts) had been announced before his statement. IBS DID resign.

It's almost as if his resignation and the timing of it had nothing to do with disability benefits at all. Weird.
