Putting him in jail will lead to him radicalising others who will come out and cause issues. Read the numerous reports of what goes on in prisons.

In this country he'd have been out in 15 years. So forgive me for not having faith in the judicial system. The system that put away the old timers who robbed a jewellers for longer than it puts away rapists. The system that is continually criticised for unfair sentences and today in our own county of Norfolk let out a child rapist (with a murder conviction) 5 years into his sentence. What planet would that be fair on?
