On the way to the footy on Saturday, I was remembering an FA cup board game my brother had
I don't remember the exact details, but I think you got dealt a team and if your team was in the 4th division, you had to roll a cerain dice with rubbish numbers on it. I think it was mainly zeros with a couple of ones and twos. This made it difficult to beat a division one team whose dice had a much bigger range of numbers on it.
Anyway, I was thinking on the way to the football, that that game is like a metaphor for us this season. It seems like we've only been given the 4th division dice to roll.
Should we get regulated back into div 2, at leat we should have a better dice to play with.
