Bit of a mixed bag around there I'd say

Within walking distance of some good pubs (including the fat cat) but the bit the other side of the river not the best and some of the streets between there and Dereham Road a bit scruffy these days. I don't really feel anywhere in Norwich is that dodgy though compared to areas in bigger cities.

Have you tried golden triangle or are you looking for something bigger than a terrace?
