Yeah. Fucking awful. And I discovered that aside from developers having to

cater for a million different combinations of resolution, Android version, and screen size, Android devices regularly report their resolution as far higher (or in some cases lower) than they actually are to invoke some workaround in the display.

Which took me a whole f**king day to discover, wondering why my web app wasn't displaying correctly on my Android device.
