a permit as any place converted into accomodation after 2002 "This property has been newly built or converted and is not entitled to on-street parking permits."

Seems very unfair to me, you have folk sharing a terrace house and every one of them can have a permit, 4 or 5 of them!!

Think if you can afford it, much better finding a place with your own parking space.
