even so, it should close the gap between the best and worst teams
at the moment there is a rough hierarchy in signing the best players something like this:
1) Real Madrid / Barcelona
2) Top Premier Clubs, PSG & Bayern (Man Utd / Chelsea etc..)
3) Top Continental Clubs (Juventus, Dortmund, Milan..)
4) Top half prem clubs (Everton, Spurs, West Ham...)
5) Big Continental Clubs (Valencia, Zenit, Napoli...)
6) Bottom Half Prem Clubs (Sunderland, Norwich, Bournemouth...)
The extra money will allow even the bottom half Prem clubs Prem clubs to compete with the likes of Milan and Juvenuts for players, because they will be able to blow them out of the water with regards to transfers fees and wages.
So, although the top Prem clubs will still get the best players, the lower clubs will get players from the next tier down, rather than 3 or 4 tiers down like at the moment. A team that really gets their signings right could easily threaten the top 4.
