nothing is guaranteed in football

you can win actually games while playing sh*t and lose them when playing well, it's that sort of fine margin game (one of the reasons results aren't necessarily the ONLY way of judging performance). But I am presuming that overall you probably have a better chance of winning them if you are playing well than if you are playing s**t.
